The following Terms & Conditions are intended to outline the policies, procedures, responsibilities, and service limitations associated with the services we provide.

Because Guardian Waste Removal offers multiple services, there are separate Terms & Conditions for each individual service category. Please carefully review the section that specifically applies to the service you are requesting or receiving.

By scheduling, requesting, or utilizing any service provided by Guardian Waste Removal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable Terms & Conditions related to that specific service. Pet Waste Removal

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Guardian Waste Removal. By scheduling, accepting, or utilizing our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

Access to Property

By employing Guardian Waste Removal, the customer grants Guardian Waste Removal, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives permission to enter and access designated exterior areas of the property necessary to perform pet waste removal services. Access is limited strictly to outdoor areas relevant to the service being provided.

Under no circumstances shall Guardian Waste Removal employees or representatives enter a customer’s residence or interior structures on the property. Employees are expressly prohibited from entering any home, garage, shed, or enclosed structure unless specifically authorized in writing for a separate service agreement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all service areas are safely accessible on scheduled service days, including unlocked gates and restrained animals where necessary.

Scheduling & Service

Service schedules are determined based on the customer’s selected frequency and route availability. Service dates and arrival times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, route optimization, holidays, traffic, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Guardian Waste Removal reserves the right to reschedule services when necessary.

Pricing & Rate Adjustments

Service pricing is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to:

  • Property size

  • Number of dogs

  • Dog size and breed

  • Waste accumulation

  • Service frequency

  • Accessibility of the service area

  • Yard conditions

  • Additional labor requirements

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

All pricing provided is subject to change at any time upon notice to the customer. Additional charges may apply for excessive waste buildup, neglected yards, unsafe working conditions, oversized properties, or inaccurate customer-provided information.

Payments

Payment for recurring services is due on the 1st day of each month for that month’s scheduled services. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or cancellation of service. Guardian Waste Removal reserves the right to withhold service until payment is received in full.

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • ACH/Bank Payments

  • Cash App

  • Zelle

  • Venmo

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or service charge.

Pet Safety & Aggressive Animals

Customers are responsible for securing aggressive or potentially dangerous animals prior to technician arrival. Guardian Waste Removal reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or reschedule service if any animal poses a safety risk to employees or contractors.

Weather & Unsafe Conditions

Services may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to severe weather, flooding, lightning, hazardous yard conditions, or other unsafe circumstances. Guardian Waste Removal shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

Customers are responsible for notifying Guardian Waste Removal of any known hazards on the property, including but not limited to broken fencing, hidden holes, sharp objects, hazardous materials, unstable terrain, or unsafe conditions.

Guardian Waste Removal shall not be liable for damages, injuries, delays, or losses resulting from undisclosed hazards, unsafe property conditions, acts of animals, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of its control.

Right to Refuse Service

Guardian Waste Removal reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Nonpayment

  • Unsafe property conditions

  • Aggressive animals

  • Harassment or inappropriate conduct

  • Hazardous materials

  • Inaccessible service areas

Modifications to Terms

Guardian Waste Removal reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Junk Removal

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the junk removal services provided by Guardian Waste Removal. By scheduling or utilizing our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided by Guardian Waste Removal are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Volume or weight of materials

  • Accessibility of items

  • Labor requirements

  • Distance from loading area

  • Disassembly requirements

  • Hazardous or prohibited materials

  • Time required to complete removal

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Guardian Waste Removal reserves the right to adjust pricing upon arrival if actual job conditions differ from the original estimate.

Access to Property

By employing Guardian Waste Removal, the customer grants Guardian Waste Removal, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives permission to enter designated areas of the property necessary to perform junk removal services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible entry to all work areas. This includes securing pets, unlocking gates, clearing pathways, and notifying Guardian Waste Removal of any hazards or restrictions prior to service.

Customer Responsibility for Property Protection

Guardian Waste Removal will make reasonable efforts to safely remove items and minimize the risk of damage to the customer’s home, property, furniture, flooring, walls, driveways, landscaping, and personal belongings during the removal process.

However, due to the nature of junk removal services involving large, heavy, bulky, or awkward items, the customer acknowledges that accidental damage may occur despite reasonable care.

It is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to properly secure, move, cover, or protect valuable, fragile, delicate, or nearby items prior to our arrival. Guardian Waste Removal shall not be held liable for damage to items or property that were not adequately protected or disclosed by the customer before service began.

Prohibited Items

Guardian Waste Removal reserves the right to refuse removal of hazardous or prohibited materials including, but not limited to:

  • Chemicals

  • Paints

  • Oils and fuels

  • Explosives

  • Biohazard materials

  • Asbestos

  • Medical waste

  • Illegal materials

  • Any material prohibited by local, state, or federal law

Customers are responsible for disclosing potentially hazardous materials before service.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Guardian Waste Removal reserves the right to withhold removal, disposal, or unloading of items until payment is received in full.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Weather & Unsafe Conditions

Services may be delayed, canceled, or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, hazardous environments, structural concerns, blocked access, or other unsafe circumstances.

Guardian Waste Removal reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe for employees, customers, or property.

Limitation of Liability

Guardian Waste Removal shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Damage caused by structurally compromised items or areas

  • Damage resulting from undisclosed hazards

  • Normal wear associated with moving large or heavy objects

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control

Customers acknowledge that junk removal services involve inherent risks associated with lifting, maneuvering, and transporting large items through residential and commercial properties.

Ownership of Removed Items

By authorizing removal, the customer confirms they are the legal owner of the items being removed or have authorization from the legal owner to dispose of such items. Once items are removed from the property, ownership transfers to Guardian Waste Removal and items may be disposed of, recycled, donated, or otherwise handled at our discretion.

Right to Refuse Service

Guardian Waste Removal reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Harassment or threatening behavior

  • Hazardous materials

  • Inaccessible items

  • Nonpayment

  • Violations of these Terms & Conditions

Modifications to Terms

Guardian Waste Removal reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
